Italy

Difficult to sum up in one paragraph, Italy, like France and Spain, contains an extremely vast and intricate collection of wine regions that can produce exceptional wine.  While one could certainly compare Piedmont to Burgundy and Tuscany to Bordeaux, one should not go any farther as not only are these wines imported exclusively by us in France, but they are authentic wines that contrast sharply those from Tuscany and elsewhere that resemble too often frail copies of the Grands Crus of Bordeaux with their alcoholic merlot and heavy cabernet sauvignon.  In Italy, there is no equal to Piedmont when it comes to finesse and the wines from Tuscany that we have chosen produce only the highest quality wine that showcases perfectly the Sangiovese varietal.
